No dogs allowed

We are at the Hoover Dam. Which was a must on our to do list. Frannie says it's pure engineering genius & she has been dying to come here. So after a long day of mishaps ( I'll tell you later) we arrive here at 4:15. Security checks us out for explosives, chemicals & such. They inform us since we ate pulling a camper we have to drive over the Dam & park on the other side . Then we can walk back over & take the tour. No problem , we have been sitting in the car for 8hrs. I can  really use a long walk. We get Rosie out if the car & start out over the Dam , then the roving security guy tells us Dogs can't walk over the Dam. It is 96 degrees I can't leave her in the car. & I can't park on the other side . Whats a girl to do, after I cussed them under my breath. I send them over alone. Why Rosie & I sit in the car ( running of course) ranting at you guys. The girls hopefully are having their heads filled with interesting engineering facts.
